I usually try to post my less commercial work up on DA and more my personal stuff, but I haven't had much time for personal work this year. So I've posted something that a colleague and I have been busy with for many months, he and I have an extreme love of movies so taking on this project become a personal endeavour anyway. A brief description from Panic Embryo: "A casual stroll through a set-piece soon becomes an exhilarating experience as famous characters from classic movies & series populate the magical studios of Mnet, South Africa's premiere TV channel"

What film is before "Aliens"? Is the only one I didn't recognize.

@01:00Before Aliens was just a military theme element with actors that we shot on green screen in costume. We tried to use as many movies as we could in terms of licensing. But where we had no licenses we had to resort to creating generic genre specific imagery. This approach appears in a couple of places in the ad, some we took liberties with like the Tintin rocket behind the hulk. In the Aliens scene behind the army guys is the character from the show Tudors sitting on the chair and the Polar bear from golden compass to the left in the snow.
